What it needs from your site
A trailer is a towed vehicle with hookups. Sort these four before the date is booked, not the week of.
Two rooms handle about a hundred guests over four hours. An open bar or a reception running past six hours puts the honest number closer to seventy.
One standard 20-amp household circuit within a hundred feet, on its own breaker. Where there is no power we bring a quiet generator.
Firm, near-level ground with a route in at least ten feet wide. Paved or compacted gravel is ideal. Soft turf after rain is not.
Enough for a single evening without a hookup. Multi-day events should run off a garden hose so the trailer refills itself.
Receptions under 100 guests

Call Now For Free QuoteGuest count is where everyone starts, and it is only half the answer. Two rooms serve about a hundred guests across a four-hour event. Stretch the same hundred guests over a six-hour reception with an open bar and the effective capacity drops to around seventy, because usage per guest roughly doubles once people have been drinking for a few hours. If your headcount is over a hundred and twenty, or the party runs past six hours, order the four-stall instead. Adding a second trailer late is rarely possible on a Saturday.
The site decides the rest. The trailer tows in behind a truck, so it needs a route at least ten feet wide, ground firm enough that it will not sink, and a pad about sixteen by eight feet close to level. Rural venues fail on the route more often than the pad, so if the last hundred yards is a narrow lane between vine rows, tell us at booking. Power is one 20-amp household circuit within a hundred feet, and where there is none we bring a quiet generator, which is far better specified early than discovered on delivery day.
Water can come from a garden hose or the onboard hundred-gallon fresh tank. For a single evening the tank is fine. For a two-day event, or anything past roughly two hundred uses, run the hose so the trailer refills itself instead of needing a service visit in the middle of dinner.
Placement is the last thing worth thinking about, and it is aesthetic as much as practical. Put the trailer close enough that guests do not walk two minutes in the dark, far enough that the generator is not audible from the tables, and angled so the doors do not open into the sight line from the reception. We will walk the spot with you at delivery and adjust before we level it.
