Ultra started with one truck and one route in Sacramento. The pitch was simple and hasn't changed: pick up the phone, quote it honestly, deliver it the same day, and service it before anyone has to complain.
Today we run units from Woodland to Auburn for general contractors, county fairs, wedding venues and emergency staging areas. The trucks are newer. The pitch is the same.
How we work
A person answers
No phone tree, no quote form that goes into a queue. A dispatcher who knows the routes picks up and prices the job while you are on the line.
The rate is the rate
Delivery, pickup and weekly service are in the number we quote. No fuel surcharge, no environmental fee, no per-mile add-on inside the service area.
Serviced before you notice
Fixed service day, every week, whether or not anyone complained. The measure of this job is that nobody thinks about it.
